FROM SANTA CRUZ/CAPITOLA and south:

Take highway 1 north then exit onto 17 North (San Jose/Scotts Valley). Follow approx 4 miles to the first Scotts Valley exit. Exit at Mt. Hermon Road and continue straight, follow Mt. Hermon Road until it meets highway 9. Turn right onto highway 9, follow it for approx 3 miles to Ben Lomond. Look for Ciao!Bella!! on your left, just before Ben Lomond's only traffic light at 9217 Highway 9.

FROM SANTA CRUZ DOWNTOWN/UCSC & north:

From downtown, take River Street north until it becomes highway 9. From north Santa Cruz, follow highway 1 south to highway 9, then turn left onto highway 9 north north (Boulder Creek). Follow approx 12 miles of sometimes winding but always scenic road to reach Ben Lomond. Look for Ciao!Bella!! on your left, just before Ben Lomond's only traffic light at 9217 Highway 9.

FROM SAN JOSE/SAN FRANCISCO:

From 280 south (west San Jose), find 85 south and take Santa Cruz exit onto highway 17. Follow 17 over the twisty mountain road (be careful!), exit at the second Scotts Valley exit for Mt. Hermon Road (Big Basin/Boulder Creek/Ben Lomond). Turn right, follow Mt. Hermon Road until it meets highway 9. Turn right onto highway 9, follow it for approx 3 miles to Ben Lomond. Look for Ciao!Bella!! on your left, just before Ben Lomond's only traffic light at 9217 Highway 9.

FROM SFO/EAST BAY:

From 101 south, find 85 south. Follow for approx 15 miles to Santa Cruz exit onto highway 17. Follow 17 over the twisty mountain road (be careful!), exit at the second Scotts Valley exit for Mt. The BANNED Directions from San Francisco (beautiful scenic drive, but easy to get lost - for experts only!):

FROM SAN FRANCISCO, Scenic-but-twisty route: Take either 101 South or 280 South, then head west on 92. Make left onto Skyline Drive South, follow it for about 45 minutes until you meet highway 9. Make a right onto Highway 9, towards Boulder Creek. Follow more twisty road until you pass through Boulder Creek and Brookdale on your wait to Ben Lomond. Ciao!Bella!! will be just after the traffic light, on the right at 9217 Highway 9.
